Point the camera at a lease, a contract or a page of terms, and the app tells you in plain language what it says, which clauses deserve a second look and what to ask before you sign. Nothing leaves the device: there is no server, no account and no network code. The analysis runs on Apple’s on-device model.

That model has a small context window of about 8,000 tokens, so the app is built around it. A pure-Swift core splits the document into clauses, chunks them to a token budget and merges the results deterministically. Every flagged clause comes with a quote from the page, and each quote is checked against the scanned text. If it can’t be verified, it’s dropped.

It has its own camera scanner, a one-time unlock through StoreKit 2, and an interface translated into six languages.
